Zero Dark Fall is for reference only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What you will get

  • An offline library: Wikipedia, medical references, engineering and repair, gardening, ham radio and more, each pack checked before use.
  • The Zero Dark Fall Field Guide, built in.
  • An AI assistant that runs on your own computer and answers from your library, with sources.
  • Your own books: add EPUB, PDF and text files and search them.
  • No accounts or tracking. Offline AI needs no API key. Optional online AI is off by default; see the privacy policy.

What you will need

  • iPhone with iOS 17 or later; Android 8.0 or later; or Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later). iPhone and Android store releases and the Mac download are coming soon. Windows and Linux are planned.
  • Ollama for the assistant on a Mac. The library and search work without it. The iPhone app runs its assistant on the phone itself.
  • Space for your content bundle: Essentials (3.86 GB), Full (85 GB), or the optional Rebuild engineering add-on (18.6 GB; 7.0 GB extra on top of Full).
Zero Dark Fall's guides are general information, not professional advice. Get training in first aid and radio, and follow local laws.
